I am seeking a reliable individual to assist me on a full-time basis in participating in short market research interviews. You will be monitoring a variety of platforms, and filling out a number of applications, documenting these entries, and assisting me in scheduling and completing them. An understanding of the fields of IT/Software Development/Healthcare/Accounting, are preferred, but not necessary.
Fluency and strong english speaking and writing ability is required. Good internet & Windows/MacOS computer is required. Ability to work according to the EST time-zone (from roughly 8 AM to 8 PM) is required.

Applicants must be able to abide in accordance to the following requirements:
→ Ability to work from 8:00 AM EST, to 5:00 PM EST (8-hour shift), 7 days a week.

→ A 14-day training period, where you will become acquainted with the platforms, and demonstrate your earning ability.
• Exemplary passing of this period will result in a $100.00 USD signing bonus.

→ Good English reading comprehension & English writing skills.
• You must be able to read, write, and speak English in order to effectively complete the surveys individually. As this is a role that relies fully on your performance on the platform, your English skills should be good. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
→ Minimum number of applications submitted of 75 applications per day on the platform, from Sun-Sat, 7 days per week.
• You will be expected to have a weekly application total of 500 submissions on the platform.
→ Prompt communication with your employer, on a daily basis.
• When necessary, the employer will correspond with you relating to your work progress, you must ensure a prompt, professional, and timely reply.
→ Maintenance of a spreadsheet detailing all completed applications, with screenshots of each question asked , which should be updated at the end of each shift.
• This spreadsheet will be provided to you via Google Sheets.
Salary, Benefits and Payment Details:
→ $2.70 USD to $6.70 USD hourly, based on your English skill set.
→ Monthly bonus of up to $200.00 USD for attendance and consistency.
→ Monthly performance bonus of up to $300.00 USD for exceeding earnings expectations.
• Thus, you can expect to earn a monthly salary of between $800.00 USD to $1700.00 USD.
→ Weekly advance payment benefit of $200.00 USD after 90 day tenure OR $3,000.00 USD total platform earnings.
→ 28 days of paid time off after 180 day tenure OR $8,000.00 USD total platform earnings.
→ Internet and Phone Bill coverage stipend after 90 day tenure OR $2,500.00 USD total platform earnings.
→ Every 14 days worked = 1 additional day of paid time off.
