Hi everyone,

I'm a software developer building a mobile app for the first time, and I struggle with the design aspect.

The app is ultimately a productivity app which I hope will help people lower their screen time usage by playing a game that requires you to stay off your phone in order to advance in the game. It's "the only game that rewards you for not playing it".

Layout, alignment, font selection, color palettes... I feel like I am just winging it and could use a well-trained eye to audit the screens and flows of my app.

It's a pretty small app which is releasing to about 300 early testers in a couple of weeks. It has 5 main screens and an onboarding flow which should be audited for UI + UX. I'm looking for help with making my layouts more appealing, improving typography, improving spacing, color palette improvement, and whatever else comes up from the design side.

For the UX side, I'm looking for an audit into the flows(sign-in/signup, onboarding, adding friends, performing quests, settings, profile).

I've used Mobbin.com for inspiration and I'd say the closest matches to what I'm looking for would be Five Minute Journal, Mozi, and Tiimo.

Budget: $200
