Emails are going out as the provider is working over time. But here is the update.
Out of 40 emails to new VIP's there has been 40 emails sent out for the start of the job application process. out of the 40 sent I have received 0 responses to the emails. My report shows 14 Email opens. Which I would imagine 14 applicants will be going on to the next step. however my email client doesn't show any. I was surprised as it was a deal I was really hoping would have turned out. I now am pivoting into a different approach.
