I’m looking for experienced cold callers who can generate qualified leads for a reputable custom home builder in the Greater Toronto Area.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with serious earning potential for the right person.
About the company: IBGAR Construction has been building high-quality custom homes in Toronto for 6 years, with particular expertise in structural framing.
The compensation:
• $50 per qualified appointment (paid when the prospect actually shows up) • PLUS 3-5% commission on closed deals • Average contract value: $54,000 (potential $1,620-$2,700 per deal) • Tiered commission structure - rates increase with performance • Weekly payouts
This is NOT entry-level. I’m specifically looking for people with:
• Proven track record in construction sales or high-value B2B cold calling • Ability to speak confidently with builders, developers, architects, etc. • Understanding of construction terminology and project cycles • Self-motivation and comfort with commission-only compensation
Location: 100% remote - you can work from anywhere as long as you can effectively target the Toronto construction market.
