Rezolve Ai, a leader in AI-powered commerce and retail tech, is hiring an HR Generalist - Global Experience in New York, NY. This is an in-person, full-time role supporting global teams in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Job Description:
You’ll manage daily HR operations, support global compliance, onboard and offboard employees across multiple countries, and work closely with leadership to build scalable HR processes in a fast-moving tech environment.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with BambooHR
- 2+ years of global HR experience (supporting teams in multiple countries)
- 4–6 years of total HR experience
- Based in New York, NY (this is NOT a remote role)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with M&A and global workforce expansion
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD certification
