What We’re Offering:
💵 Salary:
- $11-$15/hour or $2,000-$2,600/month or $24,000-$31,200/year
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be from Latin America
- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- At least 1-3 years of experience in advertising, paid social, or digital marketing
- Excellent ENGLISH communication skills (oral & written), collaboration, and organizational skills
- Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft compelling ad messaging
- Experience in producing and optimizing video and static ads for paid social platforms
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and maintain attention to detail
- A go-getter attitude, sharp analytical mindset, and openness to feedback for continuous improvement
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US CST
