We’re looking to hire US-based TikTok creators for a consistent, long-term content creation gig promoting our app. This role involves creating and posting authentic, engaging videos daily — we're testing different styles to see what performs best.

Job details:

• Work: Film and post 2 TikToks per day to your account
• Content Types: UGC, interviews, testimonials, casual demos, reactions, etc.
• Topic: Promoting our app (we’ll give you everything you need to get started)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Must be based in the United States

Pay:

• Base Retainer: $100/month
• Performance-Based Bonuses:
  • 50,000 views = +$25
  • 300,000 views = +$100
  • 1,000,000 views = +$250

Bonuses are calculated per video - we want to reward content that performs.

Requirements:

• 18+ and based in the US
• Comfortable on camera
• Can post 2 videos daily
• Willing to experiment with different content formats
• Reliable communication and responsiveness

This can easily become a long-term collaboration if things go well. We’re not after one viral hit — we’re building a system and want creators we can grow with.
