We’re growing fast and looking for a reliable, bilingual (Spanish/English) project coordinator / delivery assistant who can help us deliver amazing results to clients — especially in Spain and Latin America.
Role Details – What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate project delivery: dashboards, automations, process maps, etc.
• Work closely with the founder and the community to ensure things run smoothly.
• Manage internal updates in Notion, help track task progress, and support comms with clients.
• Help organize Figma boards, form submissions, and other resources.
• Be the go-to person for clarity and structure in projects.
Compensation
• Starting at $12/15/hour (could change and be discussed) depending on commitment and experience.
• Growth potential + long-term retainer model for high-performers.
• Fully remote + async flexibility (bonus if you’re based in Europe or LatAm time zone).
Who We’re Looking For
• You’re highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
• Comfortable working in Notion, Figma, Sheets, etc. (or ready to learn fast).
• Speak Spanish fluently (native or near-native) and strong English.
• You understand how to manage chaos and simplify complexity.
