We're hiring a full-time, long-term assistant to help run a LinkedIn growth and content system. You’ll be helping post, design, engage, and do DM outreach daily across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
This is a serious role. You must be consistent, business-minded, and excellent at communication.
💼 What You’ll Do
• Manage a 7-day rolling content calendar (Notion or Trello)
• Design carousels, quote cards, and graphics in Canva
• Post 2x daily on LinkedIn
• Leave 100+ thoughtful, strategic comments/day
• Send outreach DMs using clear targeting criteria and provided scripts
• Upload short videos to LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Use ChatGPT to co-create or polish post ideas
• Use Saywhat, Kleo (training provided)
• Use LastPass to access tools securely
✅ You Must:
• Have fluent, error-free written English
• Be excellent with Canva (must show samples)
• Know how to use ChatGPT effectively (not lazily)
• Be able to use LinkedIn strategically (not just post + ghost)
• Know or be willing to learn basic outreach tools (e.g. Instantly)
• Be comfortable using Notion or Trello
• Be available 7 days/week
• Be comfortable with LastPass
• Be paid via PayPal or Wise
💰 Pay
• $125/week during 4-week onboarding
• $150/week after onboarding
• Paid weekly
• Remote, async, long-term
