The Role:
Looking for a Customer Success Champion to help our users get maximum value from our tools. This is perfect for someone who:
Lives and breathes Google Sheets
Has experience with WordPress, SEO, or digital marketing
Enjoys teaching and problem-solving
Can turn technical concepts into simple explanations
Responsibilities:
Guide users through tool setup and implementation
Create documentation and tutorial content
Provide email support
Gather and organize user feedback
Help users optimize their automation workflows
Requirements:
Strong Google Sheets expertise
Excellent written English communication
Experience with any of: WordPress, SEO tools, digital marketing
Available 15-20 hours/week
Self-motivated and proactive
Previous customer support experience is a plus
