Requirements:

✅ Proven experience moderating high-traffic Discord servers (NFT/web3 preferred)
✅ Availability of up to 30 hours per week (varies with activity)
✅ (Bonus) Experience with Discord bot development & automation

Compensation:

💰 $8-$15 per hour (paid weekly or monthly)
