We are looking for a talented, reliable, and fun-to-work-with Website Builder, Designer, and Manager with expertise in creating and maintaining video-focused websites. If you speak good English and have a passion for user-friendly, visually stunning web design, along with the technical know-how to manage and monetize video-heavy platforms, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and develop engaging, high-performance websites optimized for video content—Netflix-style.
- Manage both the frontend and backend of video-based platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and excellent user experience.
- Optimize video streaming, embedding, and hosting solutions for seamless playback across all devices.
- Implement strategies for SEO, monetization, and analytics to drive traffic, user engagement, and revenue.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to maintain branding consistency.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Proven experience in web design and development, especially for video-heavy sites.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with video hosting solutions, streaming services, and CDNs (Content Delivery Networks).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience with SEO for video content and website analytics.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
- Knowledge of monetization strategies for video content (ads, subscriptions, etc.).
- Basic understanding of server-side technologies (PHP, MySQL, AWS, etc.).
