You live on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You know what’s trending, what kind of content performs well, and why. Your job would be to:

• Watch and analyze short-form content daily
• Identify viral formats, hooks, and pacing
• Suggest creative ideas we can apply to our clips
• Watch content and cut out what u think will be a good short content

2. Video Editor (Short-Form Focus)
You know how to cut content for attention. You're skilled with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci, and you get how short-form content works. Your role:

• Edit raw stream footage into punchy, scroll-stopping clips
• Apply subtitles, effects, memes, and pacing that match platform trends
• Work fast and keep quality high
