Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team in Indore. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consulting environment and learn from industry leaders. The Business Development Intern will support the team in generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Market research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Lead generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through online research, networking, and database management.
  • Database management: Maintain and update our client database with accurate and relevant information.
  • Content creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and case studies (with guidance).
  • Networking & outreach: Assist in preparing for and attending industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Client communication: Support the team in initial client outreach and follow-up communication (e.g., email, phone calls).
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities and results.
  • Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team.
  • Learning & development: Actively learn about Accorg Consulting’s services and the financial consulting industry.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Bonus points:

  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Understanding of the Indian financial market.
