🎯 Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Web Developer:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python and PHP
- Design and manage MySQL databases
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Collaborate via GitHub and work with Docker-based environments
- Optimize application and infrastructure performance
As a Project Manager:
- Organize, coordinate, and oversee IT projects
- Define requirements, timelines, and key milestones
- Manage teams and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor progress and resolve issues efficiently
- Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira)
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in web development
- Strong knowledge of Python and PHP
- Solid experience with MySQL, Linux, and GitHub
- Familiarity with Docker, server optimization, and debugging
- Team leadership and technical project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
➕ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CodeIgniter, Laravel, or other MVC frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Nginx/Apache servers
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to write technical documentation and reports
