What I'm looking for is a 1 hour long manhwa recaps editor.
What I'm looking for essentially is for the editor to do the following:
-manhwa gathering -video editing ( for the zooms in/out, and nice transitions) -ai voice and script
With a budget of 25$
I will be hiring you for a new job of manhwa recap every week. Or if you can, 2 manhwa recaps a week
