Hi all — we’re entering Phase 2 of testing HUE (the Human Utility Engine), a system that matches people with paid tasks — no resumes, no competition, no stress.
In Phase 1, I paid taskers directly from a $150 test fund. In Phase 2, tasks are now submitted by real requesters, and you’ll be paid directly by them. I still help coordinate matches, clarify scope, and track everything internally to ensure fairness and follow-up.
We prioritize clear, self-contained tasks — things like:
- Cleaning up formatting
- Rewriting blurbs
- Organizing or tagging content
- Summarizing text or data
Task rates are set by requesters, but all submitted work must meet or exceed $15/hr, based on estimated duration. HUE does not accept speculative or unpaid labor.
Tasks can vary in scope and length. What matters most is that the task is objectively defined and fairly structured — not vague, open-ended, or subjective.
Payment is handled directly between the requester and tasker, using any method they agree on — PayPal, Zelle, Fiverr, Venmo, Wise, or otherwise. HUE does not process payments but confirms completion and timeliness privately.

⚠️ Note: This is an early-stage system — tasks are matched as they come in. Joining now gives you early access, but there may be wait time depending on requester activity.
Thanks to everyone who helped during Phase 1. With real tasks now flowing in, we’re building this out one match at a time.
EDIT (April 11):
In Phase 1, we used a public task + payment ledger to build trust during testing.
As of Phase 2, the ledger is now private — to protect the dignity and privacy of both taskers and requesters.
All tasks are still tracked internally to ensure fairness and accountability.
