We are a performance marketing partner that helps brands acquire more customers through profitable paid media campaigns. We turn agency skeptics into raving fans through our multi-channel ad management, scroll-stopping ad creative, and powerful insights. Consumer brands work with us to find winning ads, break through revenue barriers, and hit record online sales.

We are looking for a Paid Media Analyst to assist with managing and reporting paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta. Collaborate with the Interlace team to analyze campaign performance and deliver outstanding results for our clients. This is a contractor position with the opportunity to grow your accounts and evolve into a full-time role.

Role Description

Primary Responsibilities.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly ad campaign reports across active accounts
  • Perform industry and competitor research to inform paid media strategies for clients
  • Interpret ad campaign results to provide valuable insights to the Paid Media team
  • Maintain and improve upon current reporting dashboards
  • Collaborate with the internal team across media buying and creative strategy to develop new ad ideas to help clients reach their goals.
  • Manage, plan, design, and operate paid media campaigns on Meta and Google:
  • Google Ads: keyword research, copywriting, account optimization, bid and budget management
  • Meta Ads: creative briefs, new ad concepts, copywriting, campaign updates, and account optimization
  • Participate in meetings to communicate performance with clients and internal team members, maintain strong client relationships, and inform them of progress towards KPIs.
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools. Ex:
  • Shopify/Google Analytics: E-commerce performance
  • AgencyAnalytics: Custom paid media dashboards
  • Atria: Creative analytics and research
  • Contribute to team learning and innovation to improve Interlace’s paid media services.

We May Rely On You To:

  • Contribute to project management within ClickUp.
  • Serve as primary account manager for client communication and meetings.
  • Assist with the ongoing implementation and improvement of Interlace SOPs.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 3+ Years of experience in paid media or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proven ability to manage media budgets of $10,000/mo or more.
  • Key skills we’re looking for: Media Buying, Marketing Analytics, Creative Strategy
  • Leadership qualities with a team-player mindset
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Passionate about sharing wins whenever possible - both personal and professional.
  • Become a foundational member of our growing team with the ability to problem-solve and be creative.
  • Relevant agency or e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Must be available to work during regular business hours: 9 AM-5 PM EST/CST
