PageHRConsulting Group, a fractional HR firm supporting small businesses and startups, is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our contractor team. This role involves providing day-to-day HR support, managing projects across multiple clients, and advising on compliance, employee relations, performance management, and more.
This is a fully remote, 1099 contractor position. Candidates must reside in the U.S.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of HR generalist or consulting experience
- Prior experience supporting multiple clients or client-facing HR work
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance
- Experience with coaching, performance management, and policy work
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organization skills
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
