4 years ago I switched to a minimal Linux distro for a variety of reasons. One of these reasons was thinking that the steep learning curve would make procrastinating on my laptop a lot harder and would thus make me more productive. However, four years later I am a lot more proficient with Linux and can procrastinate to my heart's content. I have tried blocking problematic websites for me but I always end up being able to remove my own locks fairly easily and quickly. I would like you to write a bash script that blocks me from using reddit on my laptop. My rationale is that there are many different ways to go about doing this, and if I don't know how the script works, it will be an additional obstacle in my way to procrastination. Hopefully you can come up with a robust solution to prevent me from finding workarounds. I will message you my system details (I will say that I use Void Linux) and will ask some friends (and some LLMs) to make sure that the script is safe to run in my laptop before running it. I would like the script to be properly commented so that my friends can understand it. However, I will not personally look at the script. I can pay via paypal
