Dear Reddit Community - I am in need for more responses to my survey related to my dissertation research; I'd be grateful if you could help me by completing it. My invite to participate is below:
"Working on my dissertation in Business Psychology, BSc at Birkbeck, University of London, I am looking for volunteers to participate in my research, investigating how one’s age, perceived level of autonomy and performance feedback in their job, and working patterns such as remote, or onsite, may influence their level of engagement in their job.
I am looking for participants who are between 18-69 years old, working full time in a permanent role past their probation, and in one of the following working patterns – remote or onsite or– permanently, for at least the last 3 months.
Participation is voluntary and completely anonymous, and requires completing an online questionnaire, taking approximately 10-15 minutes, with questions related to your gender and age group, working patterns, autonomy and performance feedback in your current job, and level of your engagement. No personal information such as name, email address, organization, etc are collected during the research.
