Hey everyone!
We’re hiring a U.S.-based Virtual Assistant to audit our eBay stores once a week. It’s a super part-time gig, 3 hours/week, pays $20/hr, and we’re looking for someone reliable for the long haul.
What You’ll Do (Weekly):
- Log into our eBay account (via secure browser)
- Review sales, profits, customer feedback, returns
- Identify issues and recommend improvements
- Compile a clean, actionable report
Requirements:
- Must live in the U.S.
- Never been suspended from eBay
- Strong with Google Sheets / Excel
- Bonus if you’ve worked with eBay or ClickUp
How We Work:
- You’ll be a 1099 contractor, paid weekly
- We’ll need a W-9 and valid ID before starting
- You’ll sign a simple contractor agreement
- For eBay compliance, we’ll add your name to the account using your ID/W-9 info (we use our business address so you won’t receive any mail)
