Retracing of a 2D document (20 Dollars)

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a graphic designer or illustrator to retrace a layout map from a hand-drawn sketch. I want it in a clean and colorized and in PDF format. I have the drawing and a reference that I would prefer to be done similarly.

This will be only a single image/project at the moment but I'm sure if the work is done we might reconnect in the future.
