What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and connect with potential candidates for open roles
• Conduct initial phone interviews and assist in coordinating the hiring process
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers
• Learn recruitment best practices and industry tools
• Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
