🚨 We're Hiring: Lead Customer Support Agent
Company: PeerMetals – a new social, peer-to-peer marketplace for precious metals and coins.
We’re looking for a Lead Customer Support Agent to help us build and manage support from the ground up. You’ll be the first point of contact for users, help shape our support systems, and work closely with our founder and ops team to create a great experience for buyers and sellers alike.
Budget: Based on previous experience, starting at $5 per hour.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer tickets (email/chat)
- Create SOPs and build out the help center
- Resolve disputes and escalate when needed
- Train and oversee future support hires
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in customer support (bonus if from marketplace or ecom)
- Clear communicator with great writing in English
- Self-starter who thrives in startup chaos
- Interest in precious metals or collectibles = huge plus
