Why Majority of the posts here are non-responsive

Hi, I’m been a member of this sub for a long time and I’ve noticed something weird: majority of people posting for job hire here aren’t responding and it’s just for fun as for the sake of posting. Also, the mods/autobots here are constantly banning comments so it’s hard to notice if a post is genuine or not. And, the OPs ask you to send DM.
