I'm looking to hire someone for a one-time project to help migrate emails from Microsoft (Outlook/365) to a new email host, with the goal of setting up inboxes for cold email campaigns.
What I need:
- Migrate mailboxes from Microsoft to a cold-email-friendly provider (Zoho, Google Workspace, or similar)
- Set up new domains/inboxes if needed
- Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Optimize for deliverability and avoid spam folders
- Provide quick guidance on cold email setup best practices
