Hey everyone, I run a small web design agency that works with service-based businesses and personal brands. We're currently looking for a commission-based appointment setter to help book discovery calls through Instagram DMs or cold email. What the role involves:
• Reaching out to potential clients (either warm leads I provide or new leads you find) • Getting them booked in for a discovery call with me (no need to close the sale) • Keeping outreach clear, professional, and focused on value Commission Structure: • 10% commission on closed projects from leads I provide • 20% commission on closed projects you source yourself • Projects typically range from $1,000 to $4,000 USD
