Beagle Services, Inc., a leader in smart home plumbing technology, is hiring a Customer Success Coordinator for a remote role based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Job Description: You will support high-end customers across the U.S. by coordinating smart home water technology installations. This includes phone/email support, scheduling, dispatch coordination, job documentation, and communication with internal teams and national partners. Training on products and systems is provided.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer success or customer service experience
- Experience working at a startup (1 year preferred)
- Comfortable with scheduling and coordinating field staff
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using company software
