[URGENT]
I write True Crime scripts (2k–6k words) for YouTube, based on real cases with actual footage (bodycam footage, surveillance videos, police interrogation videos, etc.). I’m looking for someone to help me insert relevant timecoded video clips into the script. This is to help the video editor cut and place the visuals correctly based on your cues.
The script and media file (including videos, pictures, and documents) are provided for each project. The task involves learning a bit about the case, reviewing the available footage, and inserting precise timecodes with short visual descriptions wherever a clip naturally fits into the narrative. For example: [00:12:45 to 00:12:59 - Clip: suspect’s strange interview behavior].
You’ll need to understand narrative pacing, match text with visual moments be fluent in English, and pay attention to detail.
Scripts are provided in Google Docs (the work must be done there), and timecodes must be inserted cleanly into the text.
Just a heads-up: this is a serious offer and meant only for people who are genuinely interested in True Crime, know how to do this kind of work, and actually care about doing it right. Please don’t apply just for quick money—I’m not teaching anyone how to do this from scratch. I’m really looking for passionate people who understand the job and want to do it well.
Please send a quick sample if you have any.
Long-term collaboration only.
