Hi guys, I am urgently hiring for an AI Product Engineer with deep experience in building and shipping AI-powered products.
🛠What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship AI-first products from 0→1 and beyond
- Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and customers to define product direction
- Own the full stack — from building UI to integrating with LLM APIs and deploying backend services
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate based on feedback and performance
- Stay up to date with the latest in LLMs, AI tools, and product trends
🏆 What You’ll Bring
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a founding engineer or product-focused builder at early-stage startups
- Hands-on experience building and launching products powered by LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, open-source models)
- Strong product sense and ability to think from the user’s perspective
- Experience across the stack: frontend, backend, and AI integration
- Previous experience at high-caliber tech companies (e.g. Stripe, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Meta, or similar)
- U.S. work eligibility
💰 How You’ll Earn
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $220K – $250K
- Total Comp (Cash + Equity): $400K – $600K
