Fix formatting and convert 10-page PDF to clean Word doc (10$)

I’m looking for someone who can help me properly convert a 10-page PDF into a Word document. I’ve already tried automatic conversions, but they mess up the formatting, images, captions, and equations.

The key tasks:

• Fix formatting issues manually (spacing goes weird when typing/editing).
• Make sure all pictures are in the right place.
• Captions and equations should look like the ones in the original PDF.
