I'm looking for a virtual assistant / video editor based in The Philippines, to help me manage and edit content 5 days a week.
You don't need a lot of previous experience, but you will need to use Adobe Premiere, no CapCut, DaVinci etc.
This is full time paid work, with a starting salary of 25,000php, this salary will rise with good performance and strong attention to detail.
You can earn bonuses, and you can expect consistent pay each month, this is done in crypto using stablecoins such as USDC to save on international fees.

Duties
Assisting me in daily tasks including but not limited to:
Simple but professional video editing (no special effects, or animations)
Organizing work files, including proper naming, sorting, uploading and downloading
Managing work calendar and organizing weekly workflow.
Securely managing sensitive content for our clients (some of which is NSFW, so please be aware).
Requirements
Fast at learning new software
Consistent & able to work towards deadlines
Able to join voice calls for work meetings
Fluent in English
Can maintain tidy file structures

8 hours, 5 days a week with 1 hour lunch breaks
Work hours are 16:00-00:00 (you may use your lunch break to finish earlier if preferred)
Potential to earn bonuses that range from 1k-10k per month on top of your regular salary
