Need a animator or designer to create video like paint explainer professionally
Have to upload like 2,3 videos per month and the budget is 180$ - 200$(negotiable) per video the video length will be nearly like 13-15 minutes and we will provide the voiceover
But before we hire creating a 2 min trial video is mandatory as there are many candidates applying so we have to filter out some candidates
Caution - The video should look professional like Paint Explainer videos
