There are so many posts from brand new accounts looking to hire people that seem bogus and shady. No mention of company names, website, socials or any transparency on how they operate. But somehow people looking for work can't use new accounts and need to meet a minimum karma threshold (fair). Why can't the same be applied to employers as well?

This isn't unique to this subreddit either, there's an all-around fall in quality of work offered and available on Reddit. If people want to fix that, starting with some level of verification of employers needs to be done, including whether these companies can offer $15/hr.

What are your thoughts?
