Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping to define requirements, document processes, and ensure our product delivers maximum value to our enterprise clients. You'll be a key liaison between our product team, development team, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Develop process flows, use cases, and user acceptance criteria
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes
- Support UAT and produce test cases to validate solutions
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders at all levels
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a technology environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques and documentation
- Proficiency in creating process maps, wireframes, and user stories
- Experience with enterprise software implementations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Nice to Have
- CBAP, IIBA, or other relevant certifications
- Experience with workflow automation tools or BPM solutions
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools
- Background in change management
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing industries
