Build Automated Twitter Community Tracker + Pump.fun Token Launcher (Solana)

I’m looking for a developer to build an automated system that:

1. Monitors a specific Twitter Community and detects when a new member joins (ideally near real-time).
2. Automatically launches a memecoin on Pump.fun (Solana) using a variant of the user’s Twitter username from our developer wallet.
3. Optionally tweets or logs the token launch info.

Key Features:

1. Track Twitter Community membership
2. Extract new usernames/user IDs
3. Generate & deploy new tokens via Pump.fun or directly on Solana
4. Manage SOL wallet and fees programmatically
5. Store basic logs of launched tokens to avoid duplicates

Deliverables:

1. Working script/system
2. Simple dashboard for users to see their own token which has stats like market cap, total volume traded, etc
3. Basic documentation

Bonus Points If You:

1. Have experience with Twitter automation or API scraping
2. Have launched tokens on Solana or Pump.fun
3. Can suggest efficient and scalable ways to monitor community joins
