Job Title: IT Specialist – Help Desk I/II
Location: Remote (Preferably Phillipines Time Zone)
Employment Type: Part Time, Contract
Rate: $560 Phillipine Peso
About the Role:
We're looking for a warm, people-oriented IT Specialist (Help Desk I/II) to support our growing team in a software Microsoft-centric atmosphere, and a split Windows/Mac hardware environment. In a perfect world – a few folk that are a part of a team that know each other today.
You’ll be a part of the team working with a few very close-knit clients in the start-up Life Sciences so any experience there would be benefical, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Provide white-glove first and second-level technical support for Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate when necessary
Support device setups, and account management
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
Keep diligent records of steps in closed ticket
Maintain a friendly, approachable presence in all interactions
What You Bring:
2–4 years of help desk or IT support experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365, SharePoint, etc.), Windows OS, and Azure Active Directory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to fostering positive connections with coworkers and clients
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Intune, Teams, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools
Any relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.
