I have a studio that develops custom software and interactive content for marketing agencies but our services are varied and difficult to scale. Looking for someone to come in and lead our marketing effort to run experiments and help us find which of our services brings in the most new clients then, once that is found help scale the marketing focused on this new direction.
Looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in multiple roles at a startup - Medical devices experience is a plus
- Can work with me directly to plan out the content and creative (I can do some of the web dev, design and writing where needed)
- Is keen to get their hands dirty writing, designing and deploying content across the relevant socials (or has an affordable network for anything they can't do)
- Good understanding AI and the available tools to execute quickly. I want to move as fast as possible on this and not have to go through lots of rounds of brainstorming with creative. Goal is to get good content out there, not wait for it to be perfect
- Natural storyteller and creative. I am more of a creative technologist so need someone with a story telling skillset to help tell our story
